Retail Deputy Manager: Lead, Inspire, and Drive Store Success

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for a part-time, 18 hour contract at our Penzance location. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on shift, and ensure a seamless customer experience from stock to checkout.

You'll drive sales, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of presentation, safety and compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate recruitment, training and day-to-day operations with a positive, inclusive approach.
