Retail Deputy Manager - Lead Team & Inspire Store Success

The Works Stores Ltd in Bracknell is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager on an 18 hour contract to support the Store Manager and lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service. You'll drive store performance, oversee stock, merchandising and compliance, and role model high standards on the shop floor.

You'll coach staff, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and ensure safety, loss prevention and efficient daily operations while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
