Retail Customer Experience Lead - Fashion

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in Oxford to lead a store team and drive outstanding customer experiences. You will work with the Shop Manager to maintain high standards in service, presentation and commercial activity, while coaching the team to achieve targets.

The role is a 12-hour contract with weekend availability; you will support daily operations and play a key part in developing staff and delivering great shopper journeys.
