Retail Betting Specialist - Customer Experience

Betfred Group Holdings Limited in Catford, Greater London, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our shop teams. You'll handle bets, assist customers with enthusiasm, and promote our products while maintaining a welcoming, responsible environment.

The role is a 40-hour per week position, requiring 18+ eligibility and availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Training will enable you to open/close the Betfred shop and grow within the Betfred family.
