Retail Assistant Operations (Athlete) - 14H - York

Become a part of the NIKE, Inc. team. NIKE, Inc. offers a unique opportunity for retail associates, known as athletes, to provide world class customer service and product knowledge at NIKE Retail stores in York.

Responsibilities

• Process product efficiently to support accurate receipt and handling in the back of house.
• Maintain back of house operations to reflect the energy and innovation of the shop floor.
• Assist store leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support various store departments (cash register, inventory, refilling products, visual displays) and recommend products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital device knowledge to support online offline integration of sales or services.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improve personal knowledge through training courses and tools to stay up to date on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling; available to work retail hours including day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Availability

• Part time.
• Must be available weekends.
• Flexible to work overtime.

Contract & Schedule

14 hour contract with flexibility for overtime.
