You'll be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring customers are the heart of everything we do. By taking the time to get to know them and delivering genuinely great service, you will support the smooth running of our store. Retail Assistants manage a variety of tasks - from customer service at the till, picking orders, stocking shelves, to performing deliveries and store repro.

Opening Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 10am to 6pm

Interview

The interview will involve competency based questions and a discussion about your experience, knowledge of Screwfix, and the role you applied for. It may be conducted over phone or video chat, followed by a store visit.

If we decide you're a good fit, an official offer will be made. After acceptance and completion of pre employment checks, you'll receive your contract.
