Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This permanent part time position requires a minimum of 12 hours per week across 3 days, including weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile
• Assist customers in finding products
• Provide fast, friendly service at the tills, including packing assistance
• Handle stock, including deliveries and shelf placement
• Work with the team to maintain safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the shop

Qualifications / Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and hardworking approach
• Energy and ability to handle varied duties (deliveries, till work, cleaning, stock rotation)
• Reliability and commitment to the small team
• Flexibility to adapt shift times as required, with rota planned three weeks in advance
• Pass an employment verification check if successful and offered the position
