• Position: Retail Assistant (PTRA)
• Hours: 16 hours per week, across 3 days
• Days: 3

• Pay: £10.95 per hour (ages ) or £12.81 per hour (ages 21+)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and simple greeting
• Assist customers in locating products
• Provide fast and friendly service at tills, including packing help and courteous thank you and goodbye
• Handle stock with care during deliveries, placing products into freezers and shelves for customer purchase
• Work with teammates to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and hardworking attitude towards work
• Enjoyment of a busy environment where tasks vary (deliveries, till service, customer assistance, cleaning, stock rotation)
• Reliability - being a dependable part of a small team and maintaining standards on each shift
• Flexibility with shift times, including adjustments to cover for other team members; rota planned three weeks in advance with consideration of external commitments
