Retail Assistant - Part Time

Hours: 16 hours across 4 days per week. Pay: £10.95 - £12.81 per hour. Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more.

Location: Flint, Flintshire. We offer a permanent part time position with a variety of shifts, minimum 16 hours worked over 4 days each week, including weekends.

The amount you will earn depends on your age:

• Ages : £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the rest of your team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

Requirements

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy; able to juggle deliveries, till work, customer assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliable; dependable for each shift as part of a small team.
• Flexible with shifts, willing to cover slightly different hours when teammates are away.
