• Hours: 20 hours across 4 days per week.
• Pay: £10.95-£12.81 per hour.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. We offer a permanent part time position with a variety of shifts, a minimum of 20 hours worked over 4 days each week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves for customers to buy.
• Work with the team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy as there is always something to do - from deliveries to till service, customer assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliable; your colleagues and customers will depend on you to perform your best on each shift.
• A bit of flexibility with shifts to cover for teammates; rota's are planned three weeks in advance and your commitments outside of work will be considered.
• Successful completion of an Employment Verification check if offered the position.
