Retail Assistant - Part Time

Position: Permanent part time Retail Assistant.

Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Assist customers in locating items and answer product questions.
• Operate tills efficiently, offering packing assistance and leaving a positive impression with a friendly goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, manage deliveries and restock freezers and shelves promptly.
• Work with the team to maintain daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Friendly, positive and hard working approach to work.
• Enjoy a busy work environment and can switch between tasks such as deliveries, till duties and shop floor support.
• Reliable and punctual; essential part of a small team.
• Flexible - able to adjust shifts when required, with rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Successful completion of an Employment Verification check if offered the position.

Position code: PTRA. Hours: 12 per week. Days: 3 per week.
