Hours & Pay

Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week (minimum 12 hours over 3 days each week).

Pay: £10.95-£12.81 per hour depending on age.

• 16-20 years: £10.95 per hour
• 21 years and over: £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Assist customers in locating the items they need.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, help pack items, and leave good first impressions.
• Handle stock with care during deliveries, placing products into freezers and shelves promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, hard working attitude.
• Enjoy fast paced work and ability to move between tasks such as deliveries, tills, floor assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
• Reliability - dependable for shifts and duties.
• Flexibility with shift timing to cover for team members, with rota three weeks in advance.
• Completion of an Employment Verification check upon successful application.
