Hours: 16 hours across 4 days per week.

Pay: £10.95 - £12.81 per hour.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours worked over 4 days each week, including weekends.

Pay & Benefits

The amount that you will earn depends on your age:

• : £10.95 per hour
• 21+: £12.81 per hour

As one of our retail assistants you will:

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Give fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.

You will need:

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• An enjoyment of being busy with varied tasks, from deliveries to the till, customer service, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliability to be an important part of a small team, dependability for each shift, and not let the team down.
• Some flexibility with your shifts; others may need covering while you're on holiday. Rotas are planned three weeks in advance and your outside commitments are considered.
• To complete an Employment Verification check if successful and offered.
