Hours: 20 hours across 4 days per week.

Pay: £10.95- £12.81 per hour.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Aylestone, Leicester. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours worked over 4 days each week, including weekends.

• Ages 16-20: £10.95 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they're looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and on shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

Requirements

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy, jumping between deliveries, till service, customer help, cleaning, stock rotation, etc.
• Reliability; you will be an important part of a small team.
• Some flexibility with shifts; rotation planned three weeks in advance, and commitments are considered.
