We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Crosby, Merseyside. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 3 days each week, including weekends.

Shift Details

• Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week
• Pay: £10.95 - £12.81 per hour (dependent on age)

Pay & Benefits

The amount you will earn depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
• Help customers find the items that they are looking for
• Give a fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
• Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for our customers to buy
• Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy

Requirements

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work
• Enjoy being busy; ability to jump from deliveries to tills, customer service, cleaning, stock rotation, and more
• Reliable; an important part of a small team, dependable on each shift and not letting the team down
• Flexibility with shifts; able to cover different hours to support teammates and accommodate commitments
