What You'll Do:

• Lead compliance and risk initiatives across the restructuring and insolvency functions
• Manage internal reviews, regulatory monitoring visits, and cold case reviews
• Maintain and improve compliance documentation and complex financial templates
• Deliver technical training and respond to regulatory queries
• Monitor industry developments and share insights with the team

What you'll need to succeed

Solid experience in restructuring, corporate insolvency (compliance experience a plus)

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

ACA, JIEB Part qual, or qualified by experience
