This is a senior leadership role within a well established restructuring and insolvency team, offering exposure to complex assignments, strong client relationships, and clear progression.

The Role

You will lead insolvency and restructuring engagements, manage delivery, and act as a key client contact. You will mentor Managers and junior staff, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to business development and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex insolvency and restructuring assignments
  
• Manage stakeholders including directors, lenders and advisors
  
• Oversee budgets, WIP, billing and project delivery
  
• Ensure compliance with UK insolvency legislation and risk processes
  
• Coach, mentor and develop members of the team
  
• Identify and support new business and referral opportunities
  

Requirements
