Job Description

Carden Park Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the team within our award-winning luxury 5 Spa, supporting the day-to-day operation of Elements Restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous restaurant experience who thrives in a high-quality hospitality environment and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Your Day with Team Carden

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service and an exceptional dining experience for our spa guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation, including both morning and evening service

  • Leading the team during service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional delivery

  • Delivering outstanding guest service and consistently meeting and exceeding expectations

  • Supporting with the training of new team members

  • Managing opening and closing procedures

  • Maximising sales opportunities and promoting food and beverage offerings

  • Leading by example and encouraging a strong team culture

About You
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role

  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and support a team

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service

  • Confident, organised, and able to perform under pressure

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Enjoy a salary of £27,000 per annum plus extensive benefits, working a 40 hour a week contract to cover days, evenings and weekends.

Due to the rural location of the hotel reliable transport is required.
