We are partnering with an exciting fine dining hospitality business looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house operation and help shape its future.
You'll be the face of the business, working alongside a highly respected, quality-driven chef renowned for exceptional food and exacting standards. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, inspire and develop the front of house team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience that reflects the highest levels of hospitality.
A strong commercial mindset is essential. You'll work closely with the owners to manage GP, control costs, achieve financial targets, and ensure the long-term success of the business, while building lasting relationships with both new and returning guests.
