You will supervise the floor and bar teams, schedule the services, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations within an establishment of about 70 indoor seats, complemented by a terrace, open 7 days a week. As a hands-on manager, you are actively involved in the service and guarantee the quality of welcome and customer experience. You will also ensure the daily cash closures, stock management, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards, in coordination with the kitchen. In close collaboration with the management, you contribute to internal processes, monitor quality standards, and lead the floor team, focused on clearly defined customer-oriented objectives, without compromising on quality and standards.Desired profileYou have a solid background in the hospitality sector and can demonstrate at least 4 years of confirmed experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally gained in a traditional restaurant or a 3 to 4-star hotel establishment. With strong leadership skills, you combine a sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong customer focus. Comfortable with a demanding clientele, you show tact and know how to build a relationship of trust with your teams. Your clear and structured communication fosters constructive exchanges and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in French is required, as well as a level of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
