What you'll be stepping into

You will take full charge of a flagship Chopstix restaurant in the Northwest - where pace is high, standards matter, and the energy never really drops.

You'll:

• Lead from the front in a fast, high-volume environment
• Build and develop a strong, engaged team that's proud of what they do
• Own the numbers - driving sales, profit and performance every week
• Keep things running smoothly while staying quick to shift when things change

This is a role for someone who thrives in the chaos, keeps it simple, and gets the best out of people.

WHAT DO WE WANT?

• Has solid experience running high-volume restaurants (QSR or similar)
• Is a natural people leader, visible, hands on, and all in with their team
• Knows how to balance standards and pace without losing the vibe
• Is commercially switched on and owns their results
• Brings resilience, energy and a real lead the way mindset

You've done the job before - and you've done it well.
