We are aprivately owned, independent 4 Red Star Hotel and Spa. You will join a team ofprofessionals who strive to provide an exceptional service to our guests withinour 2 AA Rosette 'Squires' Restaurant, the Roxana Bar and the Spa Lounge.

The Position

You will provide a high standardof guest service in a variety of food and beverage settings across the hotel& spa - you'll be friendly, professional, attentive and guest focused. You'll have the opportunity to learn silver service waiting, receive customerservice training, Barista and Wine training and to work in a busy luxurioushotel environment.

We are looking for full-time team members who are available to work 5 shifts per week on a rota basis including weekends (40 hour contract).

About You

• Previous foodand beverage waiting experience will be an advantage.
• Reliable, with a positive approach to work.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer care
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
• Professional and well presented.
• A desire to work in a professional guest focused hotel environment.
