• Ofsted Registered EBD Home Location: Cheshire
• Warrington Salary: Consultancy for 1day per week Salary: £500.00 per day We are currently working with a 3 bed EBD Children's home, which is registered and currently has 1 child living in the home.

This is an urgent requirement to secure an experienced RI. Responsible Individual: Skills and Experience Required:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent); - 2 years' senior leadership experience in children's residential care;
• Expertise in an EBD setting;
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards;
• A strong, supportive, and professional leadership style;
• A resilient, committed, and trustworthy approach to operational leadership.
