  • You'll work with senior leaders to create business plans to deliver our responsible business goals.
  • Work with senior internal parties to deliver practical advice and support on responsible business topics including volunteering and community impact, carbon reduction, sustainable working and environmental efficiency activities, leading and inspiring our network of responsible business champions.
  • Act as the right hand person to the Head of Responsible Business, representing them at meetings with senior management within the organisation.
  • Identify risks and issues to the delivery of the responsible business framework and identify and implement robust mitigation.
  • Provide guidance to Partner Practices (our Financial Advisers) to avoid greenwashing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal collaborators across all levels to embed the philosophy of Responsible Business into business areas, encouraging ownership and accountability of each business function.
What we're looking for:
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles relating to Responsible Business, Environmental, Social Governance (ESG), Sustainability, and Climate Change.

  • Excellent understanding of the commercial business case for Responsible Business.
  • Good understanding of Finance ESG frameworks and benchmarks used to determine and assess progress against responsible business goals and KPIs.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
