About You

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment specialist or lead role
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality talent acquisition outcomes in fast-paced settings
• Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Experience managing recruitment teams is advantageous

• Lead recruitment processes for salaried and operational roles across regions and store formats
• Enhance and streamline recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences
• Manage candidate screening, assessments, onboarding, and recruitment metrics
