Resource Management Partner

• Shape and lead the resource management capability across CXM UK
• Drive workforce planning, allocation and utilization through data-led insight
• Embed consistent processes and tools
• Manage demand, resolve conflicts and optimize talent development and business outcomes
• Report to the Head of Resource Management UK
• Advise leadership and line personnel on workforce planning and resource management processes
• Collaborate in setting and driving the change journey across all stakeholders
• Oversee ongoing resource and workforce management activities
• Manage HR for 1-3 Resource Managers and Specialists

Requirements

• Strong experience in Resource /Talent Management or Business Transformation or Operations Management and/or excellence
• Experience of the Adobe Workfront tool an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of HR core concepts and best practices
• Experience with financial concepts, practices, and administration
• Contract management skills
• Business and commercial acumen
• Budget management skills
• Focus on building processes and improvement in staffing efficiencies
• Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
• Exemplary coaching skills.
• Excellent influencing skills with a compelling case based on analysis and facts
• Strong project management and organizational skills - excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands
