Residential Valuer & Property Advisory Specialist

Hull City Council is seeking a Residential Surveyor and Valuer to join the Valuation & Consultancy team. The post holder will provide integrated professional property advice focusing on residential valuations and assist in management of the Council's property portfolio.

The role includes negotiating acquisitions, supporting Right to Buy valuations, developing evidence databases, and delivering high quality service aligned with the Corporate Plan and Property Strategy.
