Experienced in residential surveying, mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business, covering Sheffield and the wider South Yorkshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor or above, looking to work remotely within an established regional patch, with strong earning potential, excellent benefits and the flexibility to manage your own workload.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch
• Complete Level 2 residential surveys
• Produce accurate, professional and high-quality surveying reports
• Manage your own workload and diary while working remotely
• Deliver an excellent standard of service to clients and stakeholders
• Use leading surveying software to support efficient report writing
• Maintain strong communication with clients and relevant parties
• Work independently while contributing to the continued success of the business

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Registered Valuer status and VRS experience
• Proven experience carrying out mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position
