What's on offer - A remote-based position, £50,000 - £60,000 Basic, up to £70,000 OTE, full-time hours, car expenses, healthcare and bonuses!

This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, fast-growing practice who due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:

• Level 2 Surveys
• Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
• Red Book Valuations
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• Proven track record in Surveying
• Registered Valuer Status
• UK Driving License
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Working hours: Remote / WFH basis. Full-time Monday to Friday
