Residential Surveyor

Our client, a respected independent surveying firm, is seeking a dedicated Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team in the Oxfordshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid background in residential surveying to join a company that prides itself on quality reports and service, with just ONE survey per day.

This role will include travel as far as Gloucestershire; however, it will reduce gradually to a closer-to-home location after the initial months.

Working hours:

• Remote-based position
• Monday to Friday

• Competitive basic salary between £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Experience as a practising residential surveyor
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

This will involve carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys. Our clients are happy to provide support and training on Level 3 Surveys if required.
