Residential Support Specialist for Children & Teens

Keys care is seeking Residential Support Workers in Spalding to help children and young people aged 8-18 in residential settings. You will support emotional, physical and social needs, accompany them to appointments and activities, and assist with daily routines in a safe, caring environment.

The role involves long shifts (including 14-hour days and sleep-ins) and a full UK driving license is essential. Annual leave, DBS coverage, and a comprehensive induction are provided.
