Residential Supervisor - Lead Care & 3-on/3-off Shifts

Heathside is a warm residential home supporting older people and people living with dementia. You'll join a friendly team and lead by example to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, person-centred care.

The role is a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader with a 25-hour weekly contract, on-site in Penketh, Warrington. Expect a 3-on/3-off rolling rota, £13.31 per hour, enhanced pay for nights and holidays, plus meals on long shifts and wellbeing support.
