• Has 2-3 years' PQE (flexible if prior paralegal experience in residential property)
• Has solid experience managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent client service
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a small but integrated office environment
