Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer will be:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Playing an active role in business development and networking
• Maintaining high standards of client care and legal compliance
• Working independently while contributing to the wider success of the department

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer should be:

• A solicitor, FCILEX or licensed conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE
• Experienced in handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
• Confident in managing files independently with minimal supervision
• A strong communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
