A well established and growing London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will work closely with experienced fee earners, handling a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and high value residential matters. You must have prior law firm experience to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
