Senior Residential Property Solicitor - Chatham (Hybrid)

My client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team based in Chatham, with flexibility for hybrid working. This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

My client is looking for a solicitor to manage a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including:

• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• New build purchases from developers
• Ownership transfers and lease extensions
• Remortgages

This is a key position in expanding their residential property presence in Chatham, so strong marketing and business development skills will be essential for success.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in residential property
• Experience acting for both homeowners and investors, ideally in the Kent market
• Commercially aware and able to add significant value to the practice
• Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
