Newcastle based top law firm is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor / Fee Earner.

Our client is a leading Legal 500 listed and Chambers rated law firm that due to movement within the team, is recruiting an experienced Conveyancer. This firm is offering an exciting opportunity to any private client professionals looking to join a market leading, full service law firm, that offers progression, stability and training.

You will need to be well versed managing:

• Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownerships
• New builds
• Leasehold Flats

This is an excellent opportunity for a Fee Earner to join one of the North East's leading firms. Due to the nature of the recruitment applicants will need to have experience managing their own caseload of property files. Salary is up to £43,000 dependant on experience and hybrid working is on offer.
