Residential Property Solicitor

Salary:£45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Working Arrangement:Hybrid working available (2-3 days in office)

TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experiencedConveyancer (3+ years)for their busy and expandingSwindon office. This position offers excellent progression prospects for a solicitor keen to get involved inmarketing, networking, andbringing in new work, alongside managing a varied and quality caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior members of the team
• Take a proactive role in growing the department through business development
• Engage in client relationship management and local networking
• Deliver excellent service standards and maintain compliance

Requirements:

• Qualified with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in property law
• Proven ability to manage files independently
• Commercially minded and eager to get involved in marketing activities
• Personable, professional, and a strong team player
• Familiarity with the local market is an advantage
