Role Overview

The role: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LAWYER

Our niche and well established client law firm in Stanmore is expanding and is currently looking for a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer with 2 5 yrs PQE to join their Residential Property Department.

The successful candidate will be experienced in the residential conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, and will be able to manage their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyance process from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.
• Manage own caseload effectively.
• Experience of case management systems required.

Benefits & Working Hours

• Hours: 9 5 ish, flexible - FT will consider some hybrid working.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
• Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays.

The firm has a pleasant office within easy reach of Stanmore train station, and car parking with permit is available.

Job Requirements

2 5 yrs PQE, Residential conveyancing experience.
