Job Overview

We are looking for a 3PQE+ Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our dynamic residential property department in Shrewsbury and Oswestry. This role offers a clear pathway to progress, competitive remuneration, and flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and part time options.

Responsibilities

• Run a varied caseload including sales and purchases, re mortgages, Deeds of Easements, transfers of equity, and sales of property.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong client service ethic.
• Assist the team's proactive approach to business development and build your own reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• 3PQE+ residential property solicitor or conveyancer.
• In depth understanding of residential property work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
• Passion for business development and a willingness to develop a reputation in the marketplace.
