Residential Property Solicitor / CILEx Conveyancer 3 PQE Hybrid working, Essex based. Reporting to the Head of Department with a varied caseload, supported by a conveyancing executive, responsibilities include:
- Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Sales, purchases, re-mortgages
