Residential Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and personable Residential Property Manager to join an established property company based in North West London.

Working closely with the Senior Residential Manager, this role will play a key part in the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio, offering opportunities to broaden expertise and develop professionally within a supportive environment.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day tenancy matters and responding to tenant enquiries and complaints.
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and property inspections.
• Monitoring property compliance, including gas safety, electrical certificates, EPCs and deposit protection.
• Managing rent arrears and following up on outstanding payments.
• Assisting with tenancy agreements, rent increases and possession-related paperwork.
• Coordinating tenant referencing, check-ins, check-outs and deposit matters.
• Handling pet applications and other tenant requests.
• Maintaining accurate tenancy and rental records using MRI Qube.
• Assisting with freehold enquiries, LPE1 forms and Landlord Certificates.
• Keeping up to date with legislative changes, including the Renters' Rights Act.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential lettings or property management.
• Good knowledge of tenancy legislation and property compliance.
• Experience with rent arrears and tenancy administration.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with MRI Qube or similar property management software is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
