Role Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced Property Executive looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while contributing to the continued growth of a successful office. The role combines quality conveyancing work with the opportunity to get involved in networking, referrer relationships, and wider business development activity. The successful candidate will join a supportive and forward-thinking team environment with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, providing autonomy and exposure to quality work.

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related residential property transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers, introducers, and professional contacts to support business growth.

• Supporting business development and networking initiatives to strengthen the firm's local market presence.

• Ensuring all files comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management procedures.

• Achieving agreed financial and billing targets while maintaining high service standards and efficient file management.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Property Executive.

• Around 2-3 years PQE preferred, although candidates with strong conveyancing experience will also be considered.

• Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.

• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Commercial awareness and an interest in networking or business development activity.

• Comfortable using case management systems and modern legal technology.
