Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 Hybrid Working Leadership & Growth Opportunity

An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to lead and develop its Conveyancing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to step into a leadership role, managing a small team (initially one direct report) with the scope to grow and shape the department's future.

The Role

You will oversee all aspects of the residential conveyancing function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services and exceptional client care. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring team members
• Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
• Overseeing compliance, quality control, and file management processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues
• Driving departmental growth and supporting wider firm initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
• Proven ability to manage files from instruction to completion
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive and organised approach
• Committed to delivering excellent client service and developing long term relationships
