You'll manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New builds and Help to Buy
• Title checks and property searches
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules
• Anti-money laundering regulations

Essential

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• 3+ years' experience in residential conveyancingAbility to run files independently
• Excellent client communication skills

Desirable

• Experience with high-volume caseloads
• Familiarity with case management software (e.g. Leap, Proclaim)
• Business development or networking experience
