I am working with a prestigious law firm to find a Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their highly regarded team.

Our client is a Manchester-based firm renowned as pre-eminent advisers to high-net-worth clients, property investors, property traders, and developers. Their Residential Property team is dynamic and collaborative, offering outstanding opportunities to work on diverse and exciting property transactions.

We're looking for a solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, including portfolios, buy-to-let properties, landlord and tenant matters, and HMOs.

• Delivering principled, practical solutions and building strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients.

• Collaborating closely with the firm's Commercial Property and Tax and Estate Planning teams.
