Residential Conveyancing Paralegal (New Build)

Overview

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their specialist New Build team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service, with a strong reputation in residential property. The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team handling new build transactions, an area which involves more complex legal processes, tight developer deadlines and detailed documentation compared to standard conveyancing.

The firm has a history of development and progression with 3 out of their last 4 paralegal hires going on to secure training contracts.

The Role

You will support fee earners within a busy new build conveyancing department, assisting with a varied caseload from instruction through to completion. The role will involve:

• Assisting with new build purchase transactions, including off-plan matters
• Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
• Liaising with developers, lenders, clients and third parties
• Managing enquiries and progressing files in line with strict deadlines
• Supporting with exchange and completion processes
• Maintaining accurate case management records

About You

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing (new build experience highly desirable)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
