About the Job

You will be managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion. The caseload includes both freehold and leasehold properties and you will be providing clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling sales, purchases and re mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
• Managing files independently from instruction to post completion
• Maintaining regular contact with clients, lenders, agents and third parties
• Ensuring deadlines are met and transactions proceed smoothly
• Building long term relationships with clients and introducers
