Job Title: Full-Time Residential Property Solicitor/FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Canterbury, other offices available

Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience

An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy property team in Canterbury. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years PQE in residential property, with a strong track record of running their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full and varied caseload unsupervised, working autonomously
• Increase fee income from property work
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents to promote our services
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients and other providers
• Ensure compliance with the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and CQS framework

Ideal Candidate:

• A comprehensive understanding of residential property law and the Conveyancing Protocol
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail to maintain the high quality of service expected by our clients
