The Opportunity

You will join an established property team and take responsibility for managing your own caseload, providing a high-quality and commercially focused service to clients.

Experience within residential or commercial conveyancing will be considered, with the key requirement being a proven ability to manage matters independently from inception through to completion.

Formal qualifications are not essential; practical conveyancing experience, sound technical knowledge and a strong client-focused approach are more important.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters with appropriate levels of autonomy.
• Progressing transactions efficiently and ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Providing clear, professional and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
• Identifying opportunities to support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all work is completed to the firm's high professional standards.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing their own conveyancing caseload.
• Experience in either residential or commercial property.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
